WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE THEY USED?

The data subject must expressly declare that he authorizes the collection or updating of his/her contact details (full name, email address, delivery address, billing address, telephone contact and date of birth), for integration into GRACE LIFE files for the purpose of sending campaigns, promotions, advertising and news about products and order management made on the GRACE LIFE website.
The personal data collected are indispensable for the shipment of products purchased in GRACE LIFE Online Store and, in case of lack or insufficiency thereof, GRACE LIFE will not be able to make the product in question available.

The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is GRACE LIFE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA, which determines the purposes and means of processing them.
